Position: Associate Attorney (Family Law)

Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Attorney located in Huntsville, Alabama. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, conducting legal research, preparing legal documents, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in depositions, mediations, and court. The role also involves collaborating with other attorneys and legal staff to develop and implement case strategies. 

Qualifications:

Required:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admitted to the Alabama state bar and in good standing
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in conducting legal research
• Excellent negotiation skills

Preferred:

• Strong knowledge in family law
• Experience in offering legal advice
